A third music room was opened in the Lower School in January 2015. The Music department also use class sets of African drums, ukuleles, tuned percussion and a complete set of samba percussion to support Key Stage 3 teaching.

In May 2010, the Bowden Recital Room was opened (together with four brand new practice rooms). This space is regularly used for rehearsals and performances. There are two suites of practice rooms (seven in total), and a large percussion suite.
