Player Of The Week

Arjun (Year Twelve) and Aditya (Year Twelve) were instrumental in helping the 2nd XI to a clean sheet away to Sutton, while on the same day Atharv (Year Ten) was a rock at the back for the U15As, winning all his headers and tackles. Aidan (Year Eight) was the hat-trick hero for the U13As and in the same game Akin (Year Eight) was a bag of tricks on the ball. The spine of the U14Bs was excellent on Saturday: Ashvik (Year Nine) and Rohan (Year Nine) worked tirelessly for the team, and this week’s player of the week is Arlo (Year Nine), who was everywhere in an all action display.

Team Of The Week

The U13A (photo above) hosted a touring team from Australia Tuesday in what was a great experience for all. The usual Mollison Drive December weather welcomed Wanderers FC, but they were given a warmer welcome by our pupils and the game was played in great spirit with everyone having fun.

The U12 teams continued to impress: the U12Cs (banner photo, top) made it two wins a row, while the U12As (photo above) were relentless in their Sutton Cup game, marching on to the semi final. The 2nd XI and U15Bs both gained excellent away wins VS Sutton to finish their term on a high.

Team of the week are the U14Bs (photo below) who scored four super goals, grabbed a clean sheet and an impressive win on the final Saturday of the term.

Thank You!

That ends an impressive term of football with a huge 200 games played and 589 goals scored! A big thank you to all that make these games possible including opposition teams, referees, families, staff and most importantly our dedicated players who always do the school proud. There is a lot to look forward to after Christmas with some big cup games and lots of matches for all teams.
