Player Of The Week

Player of the week is U13C centre forward Isaac (Year Eight) who not only scored two great goals but was unselfish in his play, putting his team mates first.

William (Year Eight) kept possession of the ball well in helping the U13B’s to a good win against ACS with Adheen (Year Eight) and Kaylan (Year Eight) amongst the goal scorers. Nazar (Year Thirteen) was electrifying for the 1st XI in their Surrey Cup win: the Southborough defenders struggled to contain his pace and power. The 1st XI veterans, captain Matt (Year Thirteen) and vice-captain Harry (Year Thirteen), were back in the goals with a typical header and set piece.

Team Of The Week

The team of the week are the U12Ds who won their first game. Madoc (Year Seven) and David (Year Seven) were fantastic at the back, inspiring the rest of the team.

The 1st XI made it seven wins and one draw to continue their excellent start to the season with a 4-0 win over Southborough in the Surrey cup. The U14As had two good cup wins against Beacon and Christ’s—their third game they narrowly lost to Alleyn’s. On Saturday there were hard fought wins for the U12Cs, U13Bs and U13Cs.
