Player of the Week

Justin (Year 11) produced another all-action display for the U16As in their semi-final win. His runs behind were a constant threat to the Glenthorne defence and he got himself the goal that his performance deserved. Myles (Year 10) scored again for the U15s in his new role at centre forward. Player of the week is Samuel (Year 7), who was outstanding for the U12Bs and had another great weekend.

Team of the Week

It was another promising week for our U12As and Bs who achieved another two wins each. The U15Bs beat Wallington County’s A team 2-1 with a hard-working team performance. After narrowly losing to them last season they turned the tide to show their continued improvement. Team of the week are the U16As (3rd XI, photo below), who put in a faultless display to beat Glenthorne 6-1 in the Sutton semi-final. The final is to be played Thursday 30 March at Northey Avenue with a 3.45 pm kick off. We hope to get more teams there in the coming weeks and all support is welcome.
