Celebrating Creativity and Insight in the Humanities Poster Competition

We are thrilled to celebrate the outstanding entries in our  recent Humanities Poster Competition, which challenged students to explore how the Cold War exemplifies the intersection of History, Geography, RE & Philosophy, and Politics.

Congratulations to our winners: Keynes (Year 9) and Siddard (Year 11)! The Heads of Department were especially impressed by Keynes’ ability to weave his KS3 knowledge into a sophisticated understanding of Cold War dynamics, and by Siddard’s visually compelling poster that met the brief with clarity and creativity.

We also proudly recognise our top runners-up: Friedman and Aayush (Year 8), whose entries demonstrated exemplary understanding and effective presentation of the complex connections between the four Humanities subjects.

All entries were of such a high standard that they will be displayed in the Lower School Corridor to inspire future generations of Humanities students. Across all year groups, the submissions showcased thoughtful analysis, strong subject knowledge, and a deep appreciation for how these disciplines interrelate.

Well done to everyone who took part!
