Player of the Week

Jonathan (Yr 7) kicked off the new year in fine style with a stunning hattrick for the U12Bs and in the same game Luca (Yr 7) earned his second clean sheet in a row. The U15Bs continued their excellent defensive season with Kavilaish (Yr 10) gaining his fourth clean sheet in five games, he was helped by a dominating performance from Folaju (Yr 10) at centre back. Player of the week is Kwesi (Yr 11) who scored six goals for the 1st XI. His fine week started with five goals against Glenthorne and that was followed by a goal against Brentwood. It was reward for the hard work he is currently putting in.

Team of the Week

The U12Bs made it two wins in two games with a fine 3-0 win away over Brentwood and on the same day the U12Ds remarkably made it seven wins in seven games this year. On the same day Amey (Yr 7) scored with the last kick of the game to give the U12Fs a thrilling 5-4 win. The 1st XI after training over Christmas had a memorable week scoring twenty-two goals and conceding none in their two wins. Team of the week are the U15As (photo, above) who put in their best performance of the season to beat Brentwood 5-1. The team showed exactly what they are capable of with an excellent all-round performance led by superb performances from Rami (Yr 10) and Jindu (Yr 10).
