Player of the Week

Two 1st XI players, Craig (Year 13) and Harry (Year 12), put in two of their best performances for the school against Whitgift. Craig made several fantastic saves, claimed crosses and was lightning quick off his line to nullify the Whitgift attack. Harry put in a near perfect all-round display. He won headers, tackles, made interceptions and showed his quality with two assists. Euan, Yusuf, Justin and Seerelan (All Yr 11) scored for the 3rd XI in their win, but it is Naman (Yr 11) who is this week’s player of the week with a commanding display from centre back.

Team of the Week

The 1st XI were fearless in their win against Whitgift; some resolute defending and hard work from all the squad led them to a fine win against a very talented side. Team of the Week are the 3rd XI who beat Whitgift 4-0. It was their second win in two games, and they are yet to concede a goal. Well done to the whole squad on a promising start to the season.
