Player Of The Week

Not many pupils in Year 11 score a hat-trick for the 1st XI but Asa (Year 11) achieved just that against Royal Russell. Three clinical finishes included one with his head, a one-on-one with the goalkeeper and a thunderous volley. Set piece expert Harry (Year 12) is in stunning form and scored another two goals from centre back for the 1st XI. Rico (Year 13A) continues to stand out for the U13A’s, leading the line well and scoring goals.

Player of the Week is Year 7 centre midfielder James who was everywhere against Epsom for the U12A’s with an all-action display.

Team Of The Week

The 3rd XI’s fine start to the season continues with wins against Alleyn’s and Bede’s; two more clean sheets mean that they remain unbeaten. The 4th XI led by inspirational captain Joe beat a very good Bede’s team 2-1.

Team of the Week are the U12A’s with two excellent performances. After a week on the training pitch their improved organisation and team chemistry was clear to see.
