On Monday 15 May, Islamic society hosted a small party to celebrate the final session of this term. With Year 13 finishing lessons at the end of this week, this also marked the final Islamic Society session for Faris and Mohamed who have done an excellent job of running the society this year, planning engaging and educational sessions on the history of Islam and working to bring different members of the Wilson’s community together. Monday also served as a delayed Eid celebration and students brought in a whole array of different dishes and treats which were thoroughly enjoyed by all. A huge thank you goes to all those students and parents who contributed food for this get together, it really was a lovely way to round off the year for Islamic Society!
