We have been delighted to meet our new Year 7 pupils this week! On Monday, they enjoyed the usual Induction Day adventures, including a Treasure Trail around the school as well as activities with their tutor group, learning how to use their cubby holes, valuables lockers, and homework diaries.

By Tuesday, normal lessons were underway, but Wednesday provided more induction activities coordinated by the Music Department and the opportunity to be introduced to the instruments that pupils can learn on the Year 7 Instrumental Programme!

As always, new pupils have learned about the fundamental importance of kindness, consideration and politeness — including the need to take special care to look out for those who might be finding things difficult. We look forward to getting to know our new pupils (and their parents) better over the months ahead.
