Old Wilsonian inspires Year 13

Thanks to Sam Welch — an Old Wilsonian from the Class of 2000 — who headed back to Wallington on Monday morning to speak to our Year 13s about his career as part of our 'Wilson’s Talk!' series.

Sam's talk focussed on the value of gaining international experience, the importance of building transferable skills, and the value in playing the long game.

Sam commented:

It was an absolute honour to return to Wilson's School to speak to the Year 13 cohort and share some advice as they get closer to entering the world of work.

It’s been great to see Wilson's go from strength to strength and continue to deliver such impressive results. I’m sure many in the room will go on to become captains of their respective industries!

If - like Sam - you are an alumnus that has followed an interesting career path since leaving Mollison Drive, you can register an interest in taking part in our Wilson's Talk series by completing the form here: https://forms.office.com/e/eGnmbZeryk
