Lower School pupils give generously to Sutton Food Bank
Towards the end of last term, Year 7 and 8 pupils generously donated a range of items, which the school has donated to Sutton Food Bank to help those in need.
Sutton food bank reached out to Wilson’s school since they are facing a shortage of donations (down 40% from last year).
The donations began slowly on Tuesday, but on Wednesday and Thursday the charities team were absolutely flooded, with some students bringing in whole bags of goods!
Despite strong efforts from all the houses (over 650 items donated), Hayes donated the most items.
Congratulations to everyone that donated in the lower school, especially Hayes, for a heart-warming demonstration of the Wilson's spirit!
