Congratulations to the Class of 2026!
We have been delighted to welcome students from Years 11, 12 and 13 back to school this week to receive their AS, A level and GCSE results. For our leavers, these grades are a terrific achievement in themselves, but also a passport to places on excellent courses at universities across the country.
Of the 659 A level qualifications taken by students, 620 were awarded grades A*, A or B, with A*s accounting for 43% of all grades.
Of the 1965 GCSE qualifications, 1,305 were awarded a grade 9. This is a record-breaking 66.4% of grades. 96.2% of grades were 9-7.
Impressive though these results are, they tell only a part of the story of these students' remarkable personal and academic development. We know that our leavers will continue to make the most of their talents and opportunities, and we look forward to hearing where their ambitions take them. We send each of them our warmest wishes for the future and hope that, wherever they go and whatever they achieve, they will continue to carry with them the spirit of the school’s motto: Non Sibi Sed Omnibus.
