Wilson's School

Leading by example

This week, our wonderful Prefect Team was formally recognised for its unwavering commitment and service to the school over the past year. They attended a dinner at The Royal Air Force Club, Piccadilly, during which the prefects were thanked for their service and the selfless manner in which they have undertaken their duties, to the benefit of the whole school. For many students, this was a first formal dinner that they have attended but they held themselves superbly, and certainly looked the part too.

During the speeches particular mention was made of the leadership of outgoing School Captain Pavamaan. His humility, organisation and skill have made him an excellent leader and we are exceptionally grateful for his service to the school.

Our thanks too to Miss Fairbrother for her extensive work in enabling a memorable evening to take place, and to Mr John Nicholson, Chair of the Trust Board of Wilson’s School, for his support of the evening.

Our Prefect Team are now soon to be Old Wilsonians. As their period as a prefect comes to an end, the school is very grateful to them for their service. They should be deeply proud of how they have enriched our community.
