Old Wilsonian stars on Springwatch
It is always gratifying to see former pupils stepping into the limelight to celebrate their interests and achievements.
Humphrey Keeper (Old Wilsonian, Class of 2019) was featured on Monday night's edition of the BBC's Springwatch, presenting a fascinating slot focusing on his interest in invertebrates and moths in particular.
Humphrey spoke passionately about his interest in moths, highlighting the diversity of moth species in the UK and the strange names many of these creatures have! He explained how his interest in nature had enabled him to join a community of fellow enthusiasts and helped him to find social connections in new environments.
